Healthy and tasty oats Veggie with curd, is prepared in a South Indian style curd rice dish.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast oats for a while, transfer to a bowl add curd,salt,mix it well and keep it for 15 minutes or overnight.
* Step 2
To this add chopped veggies and combine everything well.
* Step 3
Prepare tadka with oil, mustard, jeera, curry leaves, green chillies and hing, add to curd oats mix it.
* Step 4
Oats Veggie with curd is ready to serve/ enjoy.
