Chilli Garlic Rice (ground) Balls

These, delicious (ground) rice balls are flavoured with garlic chilli oil.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak rice for 45 min, then grind it coarsely.
* Step 2
Transfer to kadai add jeera,salt,oil and cook on low heat till it forms dough off the flame cover with lid keep for few minutes, after that knead it to smooth dough.
* Step 3
Make small balls, and steam it for 10 min.
* Step 4
To the bowl add chopped coriander,garlic,sesame seeds,curry leaves, chilli powder to this add smoked hot oil and mix it and add to steamed balls mix it well.
* Step 5
Chilli Garlic Rice balls are ready to serve/enjoy.
