Jowar Dosa

Delicious,crispy, healthy dosa with jowar .

Ingredient

3 cups

jowar

1 cup

Jada poha

as needed

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash jowar,urad dal,methi seeds and soak for overnight or 5, 6 hours. Then grind it to smooth batter and ferment overnight. Add salt when dosa making.

Heat dosa tawa smear oil spread ladle full of batter and cook on medium heat till golden crisp.

Serve with coconut chutney.
