Matar Gobhi in white gravy

#goldenapron23 Creamy,spicy matar Gobhi goes well with parathas, Pulao and simply steamed plain rice.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make paste with onion, garlic,cashews, coconut. Wash and separate florets and cook till soft with peas.

Heat oil, butter,add bay leaf, cardmum,cloves then add green chilli paste, ginger paste fry till rawness goes.

Then add the cashews onion paste and fry till the raw smell goes. Add salt.

Add cauliflower, peas mix everything well cook for a few minutes after that add kasuri methi,garam masala and mix it.

Matar Gobhi in white gravy is ready to serve with roti/rice.
