Creamy,spicy matar Gobhi goes well with parathas, Pulao and simply steamed plain rice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make paste with onion, garlic,cashews, coconut. Wash and separate florets and cook till soft with peas.
* Step 2
Heat oil, butter,add bay leaf, cardmum,cloves then add green chilli paste, ginger paste fry till rawness goes.
* Step 3
Then add the cashews onion paste and fry till the raw smell goes. Add salt.
* Step 4
Add cauliflower, peas mix everything well cook for a few minutes after that add kasuri methi,garam masala and mix it.
* Step 5
Matar Gobhi in white gravy is ready to serve with roti/rice.
