Matar(dried) dal ki curry

Simple and tasty curry prepared using dried matar dal and some spices.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak the dall for 3hours then pressure cook for 2 whistles/till soft adding turmeric powder and oil
* Step 2
Heat oil, add jeera bay leaf,chillies, curry leaves and onion, garlic fry till slightly brown.
* Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes coriander powder,jeera powder, garam masala, chilli powder and salt fry for a while.
* Step 4
Then add cooked mater dal and let it boil for a few minutes finally add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
* Step 5
Matar dal ki curry is ready, serve with hot rice/roti.
