Paneer Gravy

#js The paneer gravy subji is an easy quick and delicious way to prepare.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To pan add oil cardmum, cloves, cinnamon, pepper corns,bay leaf, then add chopped onion, tomato cut in big pieces,add garlic cloves,ginger, green and red chillies saute for a few minutes,add water, melon seeds, cashews,almonds,khus khus and boil it till reduces water, Off the flame.

* Step 2

Now add coriander powder,jeera powder, salt,honey,butter,milk cool it. Grind it to a fine paste.

* Step 3

Heat butter and oil and add cut paneer pieces red chilly powder fry for a min then add prepared paste and mix it cook for few minutes covered.

* Step 4

Add kasuri methi,garam masala mix it well. Heat charcoal on gas flame place it in katori in subji pan pour ghee on it cover with lid for few minutes for smoking flavour. Remove the charcoal top with coriander leaves.

* Step 5

Paneer gravy is ready to serve with roti/rice.
