Palak Aloo Matar

#SSP Simple, quick and tasty everyday side dish for rice /roti.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Separate the palak leaves wash and blanch it, grind it to a smooth paste with coriander leaves,cashews, green chilli,ginger..

* Step 2

Heat ghee in a kadai add jeera then add potatoes,peas,corn fry for a while.

* Step 3

Now add salt, coriander powder,jeera powder, kasuri methi and give it a nice mix after a few seconds add palak puree mix it well and add some water.

* Step 4

Cook for a few minutes add garam masala,lemon juice and mix it again. Palak Aloo Matar is ready to serve with roti/rice.
