Paneer Do Pyaza
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat butter and oil add khada masala fry for a while,add onion paste and keep fry till raw smell goes.
* Step 2
Add onion petals,ginger green chilly paste,ginger paste and continue cooking.
* Step 3
Add tomato puree and mix it,add all masala powders,salt combine all ingredients well.
* Step 4
Add malai and curd mix it add paneer pieces (sprinkle little salt) and mix it and cook for another few minutes and add kasuri methi.
* Step 5
Paneer do pyaza is ready to serve.
