Shrikhand

Shrikhand, delicious sweet dish made with hung curd and sugar,served with poori.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk warm it and set curd,now tie curd in muslin cloth to drain water for 2,3 hours.

* Step 2

Keep the hung curd in fridge with some weight on it for whole night.

* Step 3

Transfer the hung curd to mixing bowl add sugar powder mix it well,u can blend it in mixijar with on/off mode, take out in mixing bowl add dryfruits chopped, cardmum nutmeg powder combine all ingredients well.keep in fridge till serve.

* Step 4

Shrikhand is ready to serve with poori/chapati.
