Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak both dal for 4,5hours or soak in hot water for 2 hours. Grind it coarsely with green chilly, curry leaves,ginger paste, coriander leaves.
* Step 2
Transfer to a bowl add rice flour,salt,sugar,lemon juice turmeric, jeera combine all ingredients well.
* Step 3
Heat oil shape in vada shape and fry till golden.
