bhajak Poha

1/4 cup

peanuts

1/2 cup

chana zor

1/4 cup

curry leaves

4 tbsp

cashews

1/2 tsp

hing

as needed

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Seive the bhajka poha add to a bowl.

* Step 2

Heat oil fry peanuts, coconut slices,curry leaves,chanadal,cashews,manuka,add to poha.

* Step 3

In remaining oil add all masala powder, turmeric, chilli powder (off the flame),hing add chana zor to poha combine all ingredients well.

For Deepavali chivda is ready.
