Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and blanch spinach leaves and make puree with green chillies and coriander leaves.

Heat oil add boiled potato fry for a while then add salt, chilli powder,kasuri methi mix.

Heat oil in the same kadai add jeera chopped garlic,onion and ginger paste saute it then add tomatoes cook for few minutes then add coriander powder,jeera powder,garam masala and mix well.

Add prepared palak puree adjust salt and potatoes mix it and cook for a min.

It's ready to serve with rice and roti.
