Holige/Puran Poli sweet flat bread with chanadal jagarry filling ,prepared in Karnataka/Maharastra during festivals, celebrations.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In bowa add wheat flour,kesar soaked water,salt and knead soft dough adding enough water cover keep aside.
* Step 2
For filling soak chanadal overnight, pressure cook till soft,remove water collect chanadal,add jagarry mix and cook till thick consistency add cardmum powder, dryfruits powder ghee mix well filling is ready.
* Step 3
Take portion of dough flatten it fill enough filling cover and roll it lightly.
* Step 4
Roast both sides applying oil/ghee. Serve with ghee,milk, and kat Saar.
* Step 5
Holi special puran Poli /holige.
