Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix maida,sooji,salt,ghee then adding milk water mixture prepare soft dough cover keep aside.
* Step 2
For filling dry roast coconut powder, poppy seeds to this add all ingredients and mix add ghee mix it.
* Step 3
Mix corn flour and ghee beat it till creamy texture.
* Step 4
Now knead the dough for five minutes,then make three parts add both colours to two parts and keep one white.
* Step 5
Roll the chapati with three coloured dough,place one apply corn ghee mixture spread evenly keep another coloured chapati apply corn mixture and spread it keep last one and make tight roll, cut in equal pieces.
* Step 6
Take one piece and roll it fill with enough stuffing apply milk on edges and seal,cut with cutter. Prepare all karanjis like this.
* Step 7
Heat oil and fry karanjis till gold crisp on low flame, karanjis are ready.
