Pesto Pasta Salad

Pesto Pasta Salad

This is one of the easiest and most delicious meals I've ever had. Like, it's so good, you'll want more than 1 bowl. This recipe is approx for 1 person but can easily double it if need be.

Ingredient

20-30 mins
1/4 Cup

Red Onion

1/2 Cup

Pesto

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil a pot of water on the stove, then add pasta. Cook until Al dente. Once cooked, let cool for 10 - 20 mins

* Step 2

While pasta is cooking, chop cherry tomatoes into halves, and dice red onion.

* Step 3

Once pasta is cooled down, combine pasta with pesto and mix. The pesto should cover all the pasta. Add red onion, cherry tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese and stir to combine. Enjoy!
