Thepla a Gujarati dish, made with mix veggies and add mix flours like ragi,wheat flour,jowar,besan. A healthy wholesome food.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In mixing bowl add all flours.
* Step 2
Add all chopped veggies, coriander powder, turmeric powder.
* Step 3
Add sesame seeds, ginger, chilli, garlic pastes and mix it well.
* Step 4
Add curd,two spoon oil and mix well add water as needed to make medium soft dough (it doesn't need more water).
* Step 5
Take small ball of dough and roll it. Roast both side applying oil.
* Step 6
Serve with pickles,curd, and chutney powder.
