Tindoora Butter Masala

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and slit the tindoora.
* Step 2
Heat one spoon butter. Fry till golden then add little water and cook till soft.
* Step 3
Heat a pan roast the peanuts,sesame seeds, coriander seeds, redchillies then add sliced onion,a spoon of butter and cook till translucent, cool it. Then grind it to fine paste.
* Step 4
Heat 3sp butter in kadai add curry leaves,masalas and saute for while then add paste and cook for sometime.
* Step 5
Now add tindoora and mix well then add coconut milk cook for few seconds then add salt and jagarry mix it well. Sprinkle some coriander leaves finely chopped.
* Step 6
Tindoora Butter Masala is ready to serve with chapati or rice.
