Sarson ka saag

Sarso is winter leafy vegetable,cooked with other leaves like spinach ,batua tempered with garlic served with with lots of butter.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and clean all leaves and chopped finely.
* Step 2
In add some water add all chopped leaves add cook till done.
* Step 3
Now mash the cooked leaves with masher till it becomes mushy. Then add one spoon ginger chilli paste and garlic to it and cook on sim for a while.
* Step 4
Mix makai atta with little water and add to cooked subji and mix it well continue coooking.
* Step 5
In another pan add oil add onion fry light golden add ginger chilli paste, garlic chopped,red chilli saute add tometoes cook till soft add turmeric powder, chilli powder turnoff gas.
* Step 6
Add salt to cooked subji and tadaka and mix well. Sarso ka saag is ready to serve with makai roti.
