Instant vada is simple and super tasty sure u will love to prepare again and again.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl add sooji 2sp oil and hot water and mix it well and cover keep for sometime.

* Step 2

Peel potatoes and mash with hands add green chillies chopped,ginger corriander leaves, chilly powder,salt and sooji mix altogether well.

* Step 3

Now take small portion of the sooji potato mixture make balls and press in middle and deep fry till crisp and serve with chetney and sambar.
