Salted atta biscuits is simple recipe tastes super with a cup of tea or coffee.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour,salt,carom seeds,pepper powder,ghee and mix it well.
* Step 2
It should hold shape and break when touched (see pic).
* Step 3
Add little by little water to form soft dough and keep covered for 10min.
* Step 4
Make small balls of dough and roll it well thin and cut into shapes of ur choice and prick it.
* Step 5
Heat oil in kadai add biscuits and fry till golden crisp on medium heat.
* Step 6
Take out and crisp wheat biscuits are ready to enjoy.
