Paneer methi malai
A vegetarian dish made with sweet bitterness of methi,creamy malai and soft chunks of paneer.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 1/2sp oil in pan add methi leaves and cook till dry.
* Step 2
Heat a spoon oil add chopped tometoes,ginger,garlic pods,cashews and cook till soft then add chilly powder, amchoor powder, corriander jeera powder and add little water let it cool.make paste/puree of it.
* Step 3
Heat a spoon of oil add tometo puree and methi (can add kasuri methi)mix well and cook for a while then add paneer pieces and adjust salt add malai and mix well cook till one boil and sprinkle corriander leaves and paneer methi malai is ready to serve.
