Steamed kadabu
Traditional South Indian dish kadabu stuffed with chanadal and jagarry prepared during festivals especially in Shravana masa.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In mixing bowl add wheat flour,salt 2sp oil mix it well add water and knead soft dough.
* Step 2
Soak chana dal 2hours and pressure cook dal remove water from cooked dal, add jagarry and mash well and cook till it thickens like puran (puran poli). Add cardmom powder and mix it well.
* Step 3
Make small balls of dough and roll small puri and fill puran and fold half to shape like kadabu.
* Step 4
Heat steamer and steam for 10min top with ghee and kadabu is ready.
