Gobhi tikka masala
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add curd, turmeric powder, chilly powder, kasuri methi,garam masala mix well.
* Step 2
To above mix add veges and coat well and keep it in fridge for 10min.
* Step 3
Make puree of tometoes, garlic, ginger. Heat oil in kadai add cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon stick and tometo puree and cook till oil seperates.
* Step 4
Add chilly powder, corriander powder,salt, turmeric powder and garam masala mix well. Add tometo ketchup and mix well.
* Step 5
Add corn flour slurry and cook for a while then add cream and cook for sometime.
* Step 6
Now heat oil in a pan and add marinated gobhi add salt and cook till dry. Now to tometo masala add gobhi and mix well and serve with roti, chapati and rice.
