Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Separate the florets of culiflower and chop cabbage, green chillies.
* Step 2
Heat oil in kadai add rai then uraddal, curry leaves, hing and turmeric powder.
* Step 3
Add culiflower and peas give it a mix cook for a while then add cabbage mix and cover cook for a while.
* Step 4
Now add salt and sugar mix it well cover cook for a while add little water if needed now add corriandar leaves and lemon juice mix again and serve with chapti or roti.
