Seafood Garden Pasta
Super refreshing and flavorful pasta dish for a hot summer night! Filled with flavors of garlic, seafood, and fresh vegetables! Plus the aromatic fresh basil!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook pasta in slightly salted boiling water. When pasta is almost fully cooked, remove pasta from water. Save 1/4 cup pasta water and drain the rest.
* Step 2
Slice the zucchini. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
* Step 4
Heat up a pan and add oil. Then add minced garlic.
* Step 5
When the garlic gets golden, add shrimps, scallops, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes to the pan.
* Step 6
When the shrimps change color, add pasta and pasta water to the pan. Mix all ingredients well. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes. Add in fresh basil leaves right before turning off the heat.
* Step 7
Delicious Seafood Garden Pasta ready to serve!
