Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl add maida salt oil mix it knead dough cover keep it aside.
* Step 2
For stuffing in a bowl add carrot onion cabbage ginger mix them add salt and sugar cover let it release water.
* Step 3
Take out water make it dry and add pepper, butter, coriander leaves mix it stuffing is ready.
* Step 4
Make small balls from dough roll them make edges thin then put stuffing in it give it momos shape steam for 5-7mins and they're ready to gobble.
