Spaghetti alla carrettiera (carter spaghetti)
It is one of the many variations of the famous Neapolitan pasta, simple, but very tasty. The particular note is given by the toasted bread used instead of cheese
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the garlic and parsley, slice the onion.
* Step 2
Fry in a pan with 1/2 glass of olive oil. When the onion is cooked, sprinkle with a pinch of oregano and pepper
* Step 3
In a small pan, toast two tablespoons of breadcrumbs with a little salt in a little oil.
* Step 4
Boil the pasta,in salted water,and drain it al dente, put it in the pan with the sauce and let it flavor for a few minutes
* Step 5
Turn the spaghetti over onto a serving dish and sprinkle with the toasted bread
