Spicy cauliflower fry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak cauliflower pieces in hot water with turmeric powder and salt for 15 min
* Step 2
Drain, add oil in a pan, fry onion, green chilli, ginger garlic paste until get good aroma
* Step 3
Add tomato, chilli powder, cumin powder, stir until tomato mashed
* Step 4
Now add cauliflower, stir gently, add 1cup water cover and simmer for 10 min
* Step 5
Add red chilli sauce and cook in high flame until get thick
* Step 6
Serve hot with lemon rice, chapathi etc.,
