Bacon omelette without cheese
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut bacon into medium pieces and keep
* Step 2
Beat the egg, add pepper, parsley, rose, mixed herbs peri peri and beat well
* Step 3
Keep a pan add butter and stir fry bacon pieces in medium flame until light brown
* Step 4
Now add egg mixture, in the same pan and spread slowly all over the becon
* Step 5
Cover and cook in low flame for 5min, after that uncover and cook in medium flame for another 5min
* Step 6
Fold and overlap both the sides and serve with your desire dip
