Green masala roast

Chicken

1/2 cup

Mint leaves

1 small piece

Ginger

As Per Taste

salt

1 tbsp

Cornflour

As Required

Oil for fry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash chicken and marinade with turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice and keep for 30 mins.

* Step 2

Grind chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves, garlic, ginger,as fine thick paste, add 1tbs corn flour mix thoroughly

* Step 3

Coat the marinated chicken with green masala and keep for 20min

* Step 4

Now fry the chicken in medium flame, both the sides, for each side 10min (keep the stock separately)

* Step 5

Now in the same pan, add all the fried chicken and the remaining stock, cover and cook in low flame until get thick consistency

Serve hot with fried rice, ghee rice etc,
