Christmas special Honey pork chops
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash pork and marinade with turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, and keep it in fridge over night
* Step 2
Take the pieces and add it in pressure cooker with 1/2 cup water and cook for 15 min (after the 1st whistle reduce flame to low and cook for 15 min)
* Step 3
In a bowl mix vinegar, spice mix, crushed pepper, cumin powder, honey, crushed garlic, brandy, molasses mix well and keep
* Step 4
Take the cooked chops brush the mixture both the sides and heat tawa apply 3tbs oil and fry in medium flame both the sides until light brown
* Step 5
Once fried all the pieces, arrange them in tawa. mix the left over mixture with the stock and pour over the fried chops. cook in high flame until thick
* Step 6
Serve with steamed vegetables and garlic bread
