Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven in 180°, grease the loaf tin and keep
* Step 2
In a bowl, add flax seed powder, mix with 10 tbs water, beat well, and keep it in fridge for 10min
* Step 3
Take yeast in a bowl, add 1 1/2 tsp sugar and 1tbs water, mix and keep to activate
* Step 4
In a big bowl, add brown rice flour, tapioca flour, corn flour, salt, baking powder, 1 1/2 tbs sugar, mix throughly and keep
* Step 6
Add butter with flax seed mixture, and combine well with beater
* Step 7
Add vinegar, remaining sugar with flour mix, now add flax seed mixture, yeast, add water little by little and beat the mixture, (high speed) until get thick batter (like thick cake batter)
* Step 8
Transfer the mixture into greased loaf tin, sprinkle sesame seed, sunflower seed, chia seed
* Step 9
Bake 35 to 40 min, when reach room temperature, demould and cut into slices
* Step 10
Enjoy the delicious, healthy gluten free bread with your favourite curry, spread etc..,
