Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash carrot and beans and cut them into very small pieces (keep separately)

* Step 2

Deshell the egg, slit and take only egg white and cut it into small pieces

* Step 3

Boil beans and carrots Separately for 3 min.

* Step 4

Drain and add in a dry bowl, let it cool completely.

* Step 5

Add all the spices, and salt and mix gently. Add lemon juice, spread the nuts on top, and serve at room temperature.
