Maldives chilli fry
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chilli, garlic in vinegar at least 20min and grind as paste
* Step 2
Wash and marinate chicken with turmeric powder, ground paste, ginger paste, salt and keep for 1 hour
* Step 3
In a bowl add soya sauce, cornflour, cumin powder, garam masala, blend well and keep
* Step 4
Heat oil in a pan, fry marinated chicken in medium flame until done
* Step 5
Reduce flame, add the sauce mix, stir continuously, in high flame until the sauce well coated with chicken
* Step 6
Serve hot with plain rice or variety rice
