Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the fruits and boil in 300ml water with salt. Add cinnamon cardamon powder and clove. cook until fruit become soft. Add saffron threads.

* Step 2

Add sugar, cook until dissolve and become thick syrup.

* Step 3

Let it cool, and store it in glass bowl. 3 days we can keep in room temperature. If you want to store for long time then keep it fridge.

* Step 4

This fruit chutney you can make mixed fruits also except banana, apple, melons

* Step 5

You can enjoy this chutney with biriyani, mixed fried rice etc.,
