Cheese Corn Finger Fries

Very Yummy, tasty and Perfect recipe using corn in this Monsoon .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add water and suji in a pan and cooked it on low flame till all water absorb and mixture thick and left to cool
* Step 2
Take corn kernels in grinding jar and grind it
* Step 3
Take mashed potato and cheese in mixing bowl, add cook and cool suji mixture and grind corn in this
* Step 4
Now add salt, black pepper powder, garlic and onion powder, red chilli flakes and dried herbs in mixing bowl and mix it till all ingredients Incorporate well and prepare a semi hard dough(no add water)
* Step 5
Now wrap and gives shape (thickness this dough 1cm) like cookies dough and keep in fridge for 2 hours to set
* Step 6
When done left out and cut in large equal size fingers
* Step 7
Add maida, corn flour and water in a bowl and prepare a slurry
* Step 8
Other side heat oil in a kadhai take a finger and dip in slurry and fry it on medium flame, do same with all fingers and keep aside
* Step 9
For crispy ness, heat oil on high and again fry before serving
* Step 10
Serve hot and crisp with sauce and chutney for more taste.
