Chicken Tabei kabab is from Persion Cuisine and have a special place in that cuisine.Method of the making this kabab is different and make it home without grill but taste of the kabab is really unique.It's also called Pan Kabab.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take boneless chicken in mixer jar
* Step 2
Add ginger garlic paste,red chilli flakes,salt, corriender,cumin,turmeric,black pepper,corn flour,chopped green chillies now grind it in blender to till smooth paste
* Step 3
When done add medium size cut onion and again blend it for 1 or 2 round
* Step 4
Now transfer in a bowl add chopped corriender,grated onion and 1 tbsp oil and mix
* Step 5
Now take a flat pan greased with some oil and arrange this mixture over it and spread evenly
* Step 6
Now keep this pan on gas to cook
* Step 7
Cover it and wait for one side completely cook
* Step 8
When one side done flip it to cook other side
* Step 9
When both side done cut the long pieces of this
* Step 10
Now Chicken Tabei Kabab is ready to serve
* Step 11
Serve this kabab hot for more taste with grilled salad
* Step 12
Sprinkle some black pepper and place some mint leaves over it at time to serve
* Step 13
Adjust salt and pepper according to taste
* Step 14
Traditionally it's serve with zafran rice.
