Cheese Crispies
A lovely crunchy cheesy snack - I made these for the first time today. Simple, easy and very more-ish! And although they are delicious on their own, there are endless options of what you could serve them with!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the butter and cheese together with a hand mixer until blended.
* Step 2
In another bowl, combine the flour, salt and cayenne pepper.
* Step 3
Gradually add the flour mixture to the cheese mixture until combined. Then stir in the rice crispies and mix well.
* Step 4
Turn onto a lightly floured surface and knead 4-6 times, forming a stiff dough.
* Step 5
Shape the dough into a 7" long roll. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for at least one hour or (preferably) overnight.
* Step 6
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or coat with non-stick cooking spray).
* Step 7
Unwrap the dough and cut into 1/4" slices. Place on baking sheet (making sure they are not touching one another) and bake for 14-16 minutes until edges are golden brown.
* Step 8
Place on wire racks to cool.
