Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chopped the capsicum and tomato in crusher. Grete the paneer and keep it aside.
* Step 2
Now in a pan add oil. Add jeera and when it starts crackle mix 2 tbspoon kashmiri lal mirch, tarmaric, dhaniya jeera pwder and pavbhaji masala, saute it for 30 to 40 seconds and immiadtley add chopped vegetables to it.add salt as per taste. Cook this gravy for 5 to 6 mins until the oil get seprated.
* Step 3
Once the oil seprates add 1.5 tbspoon butter to eat and cook for 1 to 2 min. Add grated paneer and mix it. Add 1/4 th cup water to adjust the consistency. After 3 mins add kasuri methi and tomato ketchup. Finaly grate the cheese into it and mix well.Serve with some coriander leaves.😊
