Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First in pressure cooker add small potato salt and enough water and make 3 whistle. Now peel the potato. In a pan add 3 tbspoon oil and fry the potato untill it becomes golden brown. Now in mixer jar add garlic, kashmiri mirch powder, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder and salt. Make a smooth paste without adding water.

* Step 2

Now remove the potato from the pan and cool it down. Now in a same pan add more 2 tbspoon of oil and add that garlic paste and fry it for 1 min. Now add half cup of water to the paste and cook untill the oil seprated. Now add the potatoes to the paste and mix it gently. After switching off the gas add coriander leaves, lemon juice and chat masala to the potato.Now in frying pan add oil and oil gets hot add fryms to it and fry it properly. Now serve the potato with fryms and enjoy it.
