Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put 1tspoon oil on pan roast peanuts, garlic,green chilli. Roast it well.
* Step 2
Add it to the mixer jar and blend the thick paste. Heat a deep pan. Add oil
* Step 3
Once hot, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asefoetida,turmeric powder.. Add radish leaves. Saute till becomes soft
* Step 4
Now add peanut paste.mix well.cook for 5minutes. Now add cooked tur dal.
* Step 5
Add required water. Salt and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
* Step 6
Serve hot with chapati, bhakri or hot steam rice. It's a winter special recipe of radish as in this season leaves are very tender.do try this recipe.
