#Holi2022 It's a traditional maharashtrian recipe specially made on holi.it is the sign of satisfaction.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 cups

chana dal

2 cups

jaggary

Pinch

salt

5 tbsp

oil

as required

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sieve the flour, add salt to it.add 1 tbspoon oil. Gradually add water and oil to get soft dough. It should be very soft. Rest for atleast one hour

* Step 2

Now in thick bottom pan add chana dal and water,add 1 tspoon desi ghee.cook dal till becomes soft.

* Step 3

Now add chopped jaggary to it.cook till it dissolves completely. Now cook for some more time till it leaves sides and becomes thick.

* Step 4

Allow it to cool down. Blend in puran yantra. Divide it into small balls. Now take little portion from dough

* Step 5

Stuff puran in it.roll out puran poli very gently.heat tawa and cook it well from both the sides.

* Step 6

Put ghee generously and enjoy. You can try with milk also.
