Dhaba style palak paneer

palak

200 gms

paneer

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and blanch palak. Blend it to fine puree.

* Step 2

Fine chop tomatoes and onions. Chop paneer into cubes.saute paneer cubes for minute and put in water. It helps to maintain softness of paneer.

* Step 3

In pan add oil, once hot add finely chopped onions till transculent, add tomatoes. Fry till mushy. Now add green chilli and garlic paste. Saute properly.

* Step 4

Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala,salt. Mix well. Add palak puree saute add little water.cook for a minute. Now add paneer cubes.

* Step 5

Mix well add 3 tbspoon water. Cook for 5 minutes. Add fresh cream.mix well, switch off the flame once you add cream. Serve hot with chapati or roti.
