Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In bowl take wheat flour,add salt,carom seeds,1 tspoon oil.mix well and Knead semi soft dough.
* Step 2
Blend black pepper corn and cumin seeds in mixer jar
* Step 3
Take out in bowl,add melted ghee and salt.mix well. Now divide dough in small balls. Roll out small roti.spread black pepper mixture.fold and roll out paratha
* Step 4
Now heat pan,put paratha leave some oil from sides of paratha,cook well from both sides.
* Step 5
Serve hot with your favorite sabji. You can enjoy it with garam masala chai.I made it for breakfast served with palak sabji and green tea.have green tea before you eat.it will help you digest heavy breakfast.do try this
