This recipe is always prepared with leftover flour of modak.
This was like treat for us.
Ingredient

25 minutes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
On plate take leftover flour of rice (used for modak), add chopped coriander, green chilies, red chilli powder, salt, cumin, seeds, lemon juice, turmeric powder,asafoetida. mix well and make a soft dough.
* Step 2
Divide it into small portions. apply oil on your palms and press and roll small puris. Prepare steamer.put turmeric leaves in it. steam for 10 mins. serve hot with desi ghee.goes well with spicy mint chutney.
* Step 3
