Chocolate walnut brownie

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sift all dry ingredients.in bowl take dark chocolate and butter both should be at room temperature.
* Step 2
Add warm milk to butter and dark chocolate.whisk till smooth and fluffy.now add dry ingredients gradually in it.
* Step 3
Now add milk if required.I have used 1/4 cup milk.add Vanilla essence.mix well and pour batter to greased mould.preheat OTG at 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Put mould in it.and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.allow it cool down.melt dark chocolate by double boiling method,add fresh cream and butter to it.
* Step 5
Mix well. Our Ganache is ready.now make little holes on brownie.pour Ganache on it.make design by white chocolate. Put walnut pieces cut into pieces and serve.tastes yum.
* Step 6
I don't have small square shape mould so I baked in round shape.you can use square.enjoy your piece of brownie.
