#boxweek7 #misal pav This recipe is famous Maharashtrian preparation.it has various tastes depends on the region.today I am showing you simplest version of it which is simple and tasty.it will not upset your health.

Ingredient

Food ration :

serves 3 servin

Cooking time :

45 minutes
1 1/2 tsp

garam masala

1 tbsp

salt

2 tbsp

curd

as required

Hot water

as required

Pav, farsan

As required

Lemon

3 tbsp

oil

as required

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook moth partially (80%) Fine chop onions and tomatoes.chopping is very important.we are not using dry coconut or much oil.so fine chop veggies.

* Step 2

Heat Deep pan, add 2 tbspoon oil,once hot add finely chopped onion, garlic paste saute well for 5 minutes.

* Step 3

Add finely chopped tomatoes,saute well.add red chilli powder,garam masala powder, turmeric powder saute till it turns mushy or look like paste.add 1tbspoon curd.saute.add partially cooked moth.mix well add salt.add hot water.cook for 10 minutes.curd helps to give colour and texture without using much oil.

* Step 4

Served hot with pav and extra tari(masala curry) it is simple to make just take out onion and tomato paste before adding water.then in small pan add same paste add some red chilli powder and salt,curd add hot water to it.boil it till oil separates out.pour it on misal,onion,farsan and enjoy it.add coariander leaves.lemon.
