Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash warai rice neatly

* Step 2

Boil water in a pan add some salt to it.

* Step 3

Once it starts boiling add warai rice to it.mix well and let it cook for 5 to 10 mins

* Step 4

Mash two potatoes in big bowl, now add cooked warai rice to it,it should not be hot.

* Step 5

Add ginger and green chilli paste, salt and cumin seeds to it. Mix well

* Step 6

Knead soft dough with water adding gradually.

* Step 7

Heat oil in kadai.prepare medu wada from dough and fry till golden brown.fry it patiently.do not fry on high flame.

* Step 8

Serve with coconut chutney
