Beetroot cutlets
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take boiled beetroot and make paste and don't add much water.
* Step 2
Add boiled potato, flattened rice powder to it.
* Step 3
Now add chilli and ginger paste, amchur powder, salt and red chilli powder to it.
* Step 4
Mix it well. Then make shapes according to your choice. Decorate with cashwes
* Step 5
Heat pan, take semolina in a plate roll cutlets in it and shallow fry it. Serve hot with sauce.
