Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First heat up the oil, add onion and fenugreek (methi).
* Step 2
And cook for 2 minutes then add boiled peas.

Cook for few seconds then add boiled chicken.

Add salt, black pepper and red chilli powder.
* Step 5
Chilli flacks, tarmaric powder, cumin.
* Step 6
Carom seeds, green chilli paste and fresh coriander.
* Step 7
Cook for few seconds then add boiled potatoes and mix gently.
* Step 9
Take samosa sheet, apply sullery and make cone.
* Step 11
Add samosa better apply sullery.
* Step 13
Heat up the oil and fry samosa.
* Step 14
Until becomes golden brown.
* Step 15
Punjabi samosa is ready to serve.
